The fountain formerly stood in the Eminkurbu neighbourhood, on the left of the road climbing from Gölbaşı towards Kars Kapı. Removed during works in the area and not surviving to the present day, it was built in AH 1214 / AD 1798 by Hacı İbrahim Paşa.
