Erzurum has shared its water through fountains since 1556. Erzurum Aksu bottles this water at its spring in Yakutiye with fully automatic machines, untouched by human hands.

Snow falling on Erzurum's 3,271-metre Mount Palandöken filters through layers of rock and reaches the spring in Yakutiye. The water is bottled at its source under the licence issued by the Governorship of Erzurum on 01.09.2019; the indicator parameters on the label are printed on every bottle.

Every label carries an 18-row table of indicator parameters. The same table is published with the regulatory limits on the Water Analysis Reports page; laboratory reports are listed there as PDFs once uploaded.
