The fountain carries no inscription. Thought to date from the 18th century, it formerly stood in the Kırmacı neighbourhood near the Mahmudiye Mosque.

What the restoration involved

Removed during works at and around the Üç Kümbetler, the fountain was restored and returned to public use.
